Bringing your pup to daycare for the first time can be daunting. Will they be a good fit? Will they hide away in the corner? Will they socialize with other dogs and have the time of their life?
The good news is, it's not hard to tell.
So In this article I’ll be showing you all the best ways to tell.
They Have Unlimited Energy
If your pup can't stop moving around and wants to just use all his energy running around and playing with his friends, daycare is PERFECT for him/her. We have structured outdoor play times which will GUARANTEE to give your pup a nice, long good night sleep.
They Seem Bored Or Lonely
If your pup doesn't really get many opportunities to socialize with other pups, treating them to a couple of days of daycare will truly unlock a whole new world for them. They can socialize as much as they desire and trust me when I tell you, they will NEVER be bored. Whether they’re rolling around in the ball pit, splashing in the pool, or running in the big grassy yard, there is no chance to be bored.
Busy With Work
Are you always busy with work and don’t have that much time to spend with your pup? Trusting him/her with D’s Doggy Daycare will be a life-changer.. LITERALLY change your life. Drop off your pup and give them the time of their lives while you’re away.. You wont regret it.
New Puppy?
Do you have a new puppy? Bringing your puppy to daycare is probably one of the best things you could do for them. It gives them a chance to smell new smells, meet new friends, and use all their puppy energy on having fun and socializing.
Chewing on Furniture
Chewing on furniture and causing destruction around the house is a sign that your pup is bored and/or anxious. Allowing them to release that energy in our big outdoor play area is a great way to keep them happy and keep your house intact.
Health & Exercise
If your pup is gaining weight and lounges around all day like many other dogs, bringing them to daycare a couple times a week can make a massive difference. Running around and playing with his/her friends will burn many calories while having loads of fun!
IMPORTANT: Keep in mind, every pup is different and every pup will react differently to daycare. Some will jump in and play with other dogs right off the bat, while others will take a day or two to settle in before they feel comfortable enough to start playing with other pups.
But ultimately, no matter how they first react, it's completely ok. Every pup can change. Any pup can go from a scared, anti-social pup to an energetic, extremely friendly and social pup that can't get enough of daycare. Believe me, we’ve made it happen time after time after time.
So if your pup relates to anything on this list, schedule a free meet & greet and watch your pup have the time of his/her life!
See you soon!
